Your credit was declined by your banking institution and not by ClickPay. We suggest you call the number on the back of your credit card and ask them to verify why your card was declined.
In most but NOT all cases, your card was declined for the following reasons:
- The type of credit card, card number, or expiration date may have been entered incorrectly.
- The attempted transaction exceeds your account's single transaction limit. You may have to call your card company, gain authorization of the transaction and resubmit.
- The attempted transaction would send the account over the available credit limit. You may have to call your card company and request an increase in your limit.
