If your payments have been submitted through the internal FirstService Residential Debit process, those will continue in the ClickPay system. You can access your profile in ClickPay through your activation email, or by logging in at www.clickpay.com/firstservice and going through the Direct-Debit account recovery process. You will need your FirstService Residential account number when walking through the account recovery process.
If you choose not to log in, your payments will continue regardless. You do not need to take any action; direct-debit payments will continue on your previously scheduled date and frequency from the same bank account information.
