Landlord Administrators is the highest level of access in ClickPay for Property Managers. Landlord Administrators have the ability to:
- Take "In-Office" Payments for residents for any building
- Manually block a unit/resident or enforce a payment amount for a unit
- Setup internal team members as landlord, LLC or site admins
- Download daily payment files from File Manager to import into accounting software
- View all financial reports across all buildings in portfolio including "real time" payment journals, bank deposit reports and declined transactions.
