R01-Insufficient Funds - Return Notice
If you received a return notice for insufficient funds, it means that your bank account did not have the availabe funds at the time of the attempted debit. The attempted debit will take place one business day (in some instances, two business days) after the initial submission.
This is the ACH/electronic equivalent to a bounced check. You can resubmit your payment once the funds are confirmed in your account for at least 48 business hours.
ClickPay can not confirm current balance information in your bank account. All insufficient funds information comes directly from your banking entity and is only reported back to ClickPay.
