If you have an email registered with the current payment provider or directly with FirstService Residential, you will receive a one-click activation from ClickPay. Once you click on the activation link, you will be prompted to confirm your email and new password, and enter your existing profile.
If you do not received this activation email, you can register a new ClickPay profile at www.clickpay.com/firstservice. If you are not sure if you are pre-registered, you can attempt a password reset from this screen as well.
If you are registering for the first time, or need to add a unit to an existing profile, please have your FirstService Residential account number handy.
