Here you will learn how to cancel your payment. This will include the steps to take in stopping a recently submitted payment before it is sent out for processing and when this may be done.
Void or Cancel payment requests
Depending on the time of your payment, you might be able to void your transaction if the payment was made on the same day. In order to see if your payment is eligible to be voided, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to "Account" and select "Payment History".
2. Click on "Search" to view your Payment History and then click on "View Transaction Details".
3. Review the payment details and ensure that you want to cancel the payment. Click on "Cancel this payment" to proceed.
Alternatively, on your "Pay Now" page you may see a notice regarding your most recent payment with an option Void/Cancel Last Payment under "Last Payment".
4. You will then be prompted to proceed and confirm that you would like to void the payment.
Once your payment has been successfully voided you will be alerted by a purple bar across the bottom of your "Pay Now" page.
This action is time sensitive. Payments can only be canceled for a limited period of time. Once the payment is voided/canceled, the payment will not be processed.
If you do not see the Void/Cancel Last Payment link on the "Pay Now" page or the Cancel this payment button in "View Transaction Details" link under your "Payment History", then the payment has already been sent out for processing and you will need to follow the steps necessary to request a refund.
