If you receive the message "Not Accepting" when trying to make a payment, there are a few different potential reasons for this message. Please reach out to us at fsresidentialsupport@clickpay.com so that we may investigate. In your email, please let us know your full address including your unit number and zip code, as well as the name(s) associated with the property (individual or business/LLC), and the name of your property management company. Please also provide your FirstService Residential account number as well.
